Sabre Safety provide the complete integrated safety system. Based upon a standardised modular concept, our system is totally flexible in application and complies with, and indeed exceeds all current safety legislation.

The skid or trailer mounted units are suitable for extended operations in any irrespirable atmosphere be it toxic, explosive, or oxygen deficient.

These systems are ideally suited for work in oil and gas exploration and production, major refinery and plant shutdown, tank cleaning and refurbishment and utilities such as water, gas, and sewage.

The lightweight systems can also be utilised by military organisations, civil defence and emergency services for decontamination, disaster relief and emergency response throughout the world.

The supplied breathing air systems are based on either a fully transportable skid mounted unit measuring approximately 1.3m x 2m x 2m, or a trailer mounted unit with a number of different wheelbase configurations They are certified to DNV 2.71 making the system cost effective, mobile and efficient while meeting all current Offshore Requirements.

The integrated safety system is based on a standard core design and includes but is not limited to:

A cascade airline system delivering positive pressure breathing air to 6 outlet connection points, a stored reserve of high pressure air with a capacity of 50 man hours of independent duration.

The high pressure (4500psi/300bar) air supply is fed via high pressure lines to the main control distribution panel. The high pressure air is then reduced at the control panel to 7 bar. This reduced air is then fed into the distribution manifold for delivery to the 6 breathing air hose reel connection points.
