Sabre operates a quality management system which is certified to ISO 9001: 2000. The scope of this system includes the provision of all services and products, including training. Standard operating procedures are issued to all technicians for on-site working, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The quality system allocates specific responsibilities for identification of, and adherence to, regulatory requirements.

Compliance with UK Health & Safety legislation is ensured through our policy and procedures, which cover the office, training premises, workshop and on-site working.

Equipment is maintained in-house according to manufacturer's instructions and applicable regulations, unless external certification is required, for example from a calibration laboratory or for container certificates. The in-house competence matrix ensures that all technical personnel have successfully completed the training required for regulatory purposes and to meet client's specific requirements.
