- make the interests of all customers and training candidates our priority
- treat all customers and training candidates with courtesy and respect
- give a prompt, helpful and friendly response to all telephone and e-mail enquiries and written correspondence within 2 working days
- accommodate customers and training candidates with special needs
- provide clear and concise quotations, course outlines and joining instructions to our customers and training candidates in a timely manner
- ensure that candidates are assessed by fully qualified A1 workplace assessors
- make initial response to complaints and assessment appeals within 5 working days
- keep records of candidates achievements
- comply in all areas of the UK Date Protection Act where applicable
- comply with all relevant current statutory legislation
- continue to ensure that we are committed to equal opportunities
- provide our customers and training candidates with the opportunity to comment on all aspects of our service
