Sabre Safety obtained approval for its H2S Safety Supervisor Customised Vocational Qualification (CVQ) from the Scottish Qualification Authority in May 2010. The qualification is currently being rolled out to our H2S Technicians. Credit rated at Level 7 (equivalent to an HNC) with 61 credit points on the Scottish Credit Qualifications Framework (SCQF) the qualification is made up of nine units.
Level I 1. H2S Support 2. Working in a Toxic or Non-Life Supporting Atmosphere 3. Servicing & Maintaining Equipment 4. Installation and Commissioning Breathing Air Cascade 5. Fault Finding 6. H2S Site Induction 7. Contribute to the Health & Safety and Environmental Protection of the Working Environment Level II 8. Delivering Training Courses 9. H2S Advanced Support |
